Customer app features include: browse nearby restaurants, detailed menu with photos and customization options, multiple payment methods (credit card, digital wallets, cash on delivery), order scheduling for later, real-time order tracking on map, push notifications for order status updates, delivery driver contact, order history, and favorites. Restaurant dashboard provides: menu management with pricing and availability controls, incoming order notifications with accept/reject options, kitchen display system integration, sales analytics and reports, customer feedback management. Driver app includes: optimized route navigation, earnings tracker, order history, and availability toggling. Built with React Native for cross-platform deployment, Firebase for real-time sync, and includes complete backend API with admin super-dashboard for platform management.
